The Fredericton Community Kitchens depend on donations and support from our incredible community to continue to feed Fredericton’s hungry each and every day! We wanted to take a moment today to introduce you to one of our newest corporate partners, Integrity Junk Removal & Demolition, co-founded by Ryan Grice and Lewis Vandervalk!
As a corporate partner, the Integrity Team donates funds to help us prepare, serve, and deliver on average 14,000 meals each month. As a junk removal and demolition company, they have the equipment, team, and resources available to help deliver meals to our area schools and deliver donated food items from locations that accept community donations in the area to our kitchens for meal preparation.

Donating Food To The Kitchens
We accept donations of non-perishable items that can be stored until needed. However, other food items are graciously accepted as well. If you need help delivering food to the kitchen, give the Integrity Team a call at 506-406-2518 or message them on Facebook or on their website. They will happily book a time to pick up what you want to donate and deliver it to the kitchen for you.
Donating Your Time As A Volunteer
Another way you can help is through donating your time. We welcome help in the kitchen, serving food, cleaning up after meals, packaging lunches, assistance with food pick-up, and food deliveries, and more. You can give as much or little of your time as you are able. If you are a student interested in culinary arts this is an opportunity to learn from an amazing team of chefs.
We welcome people of all levels of skill and ability. Volunteers aged 16 to 18 can volunteer on their own but will need permission from a parent or guardian. Younger volunteers are welcome to join their parents or guardians.
